By registering for the Live Music Review or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit the registration form.

Live Music Review Submissions

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) to enter.
• You confirm that you own or control all rights to the music you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You grant us permission to play, review, and discuss your submitted record during live broadcasts, replays, and related promotional clips.
• Submissions may be reviewed publicly. Reviews are opinions and are provided for entertainment purposes.
• Spots may be limited. We may decline, remove, or disqualify any submission at our discretion, including for offensive or unlawful content.
• Prizes — including a celebrity co-sign opportunity and one-on-one time with Tay Kelley — are awarded at our discretion, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Outcomes, placements, or industry results are not guaranteed.

By submitting the registration form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages and emails from Tay Kelley Live Music Review about your submission, live music reviews, and future artist opportunities. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
